Dear Avocado
Hi there. It's me, Dana.
I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks, homie. You've really been of service to me.
As I've made the healthy transition over the past few years from the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) to a delightfully fulfilling one based on you and your plant buddies, you especially, have been an integral part of the transformation.
From slicing you up and eating you on a sandwich, to replacing cheese in many instances, to even creating a filling snack…

Mashed Potatoes Run in My Family

I'm about to head off for a super early bedtime since I know I have another 7am-8pm nonstop day of work and school tomorrow. Stinks that I don't feel well enough to get a long run in tonight, but I am trying not to get down on myself. I used to really beat myself up and feel crummy all day and part of the next if I skipped or missed exercising.
However, now I…
