"@Amanda The workout in itself will give you extra energy. You might find it hard to sleep. Maybe you can do strength training on days you need to really sleep on time. :)"

"Hi Amanda, I usually just tell myself that I cannot be too stressed at work because I still have a workout to look forward to before resting. The mind conditioning works for me. It's pretty difficult but it has to be done. :) Jen"
