I've tried a few different varieties but haven't found one that doesn't leave me feeling bloated and heavy. What is your favorite brand?

I've been having a problem with gluten-free breads being too crumbly for sandwiches, however, I toasted some brown rice tortillas to make homemade chips and they were great with homemade salsa!  Any suggestions for a heartier bread would be wonderful!  Have you made your own?  I'm wondering if I could get a better consistency if I try making it myself.
I'm a BIG fan of Udi's, which you can find in the freezer section. (However, I am not a fan of the price.)
I saw that at Trader Joe's but I was not a fan of the price either.  It was in the bread section over there though-- is there a difference you think?
