Since some of you have children and it is Back-To-School time I feel that setting September strong will help you stay on track for the rest of our life.

 

To ensure that we are making the healthy choices for the month I have picked a few things that we should all do already, if you don’t well now you’ll start. 

 

  1. Eat Breakfast Everyday
  2. Pack your Lunch (No Takeout Lunches this month)
  3. Walk at least 30 minutes a day
  4. Find a new (select one) exercise, workout, fitness class and share how it was
  5. Start a hobby or continue an old one – I knit and I want to get back into it!

 

I am starting small this month I do not want to go crazy with the goals (yet). I would love for you to share your progress – Blog it, Facebook, Tweet or right her on Bliss

great goals!  1, 2, and 3 are already things I do, but 4 and 5 are excellent reminders that would be great September challenges for me.
